Great for a 1st Night Stay

I had not expected the room to be so big, the bathroom too was also big with a large shower unit

I would have expected the windows to keep the noise out but it was as if they were open and the A/C went off at around 10 pm and never came on again

Very convenient location in sukumvit soi 4, staff were friendly specially Sunny. He was prompt in solving issues.

Breakfast was offered in the room, im someone who dont like to eat in the bedroom so it was a let down.

Location, staff, cleanliness and facilities

I booked through booking.com and had a request for late checkout between 15:00 to 16:00. I got late checkout conformation mail from booking.com. Unfortunately Petals Inn manager not accept that approval mail which I received from booking.com. Be careful on it!!!!!!!!!

Overall feelings

I like that the hotel is near Nana plaza, and easily accesses 7-11 convenient store, a lot of street food outside the hotels, the toilet also cleans, and clean our room everyday.

The hotel only provides 1 room card. The beds is a bit dirty.

Responsive and attentive staff. The hotel is located near the metro and from the US Embassy.

Photos do not correspond to reality. There are many prostitutes in the evening on the street where the hotel is located.

Very good location right next to the clubs

Room was run down, but for the price it was good, big room, comfy bed, amazing location, had brown water out of the tap and shower at first but then run fine

Comfortable the location was good, signs of hotel not visible if it’s your first stay there

Room was spacious bathroom facilities were very good and sitting area was comfortable, The only down side of the hotel I would have preferred a balcony, being a smoker I had to go down stairs in the street to smoke

Good bathroom.

Good bathroom. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The rooms was clean, however the first room that I had originally booked had no window that would be opened. There was toxic chemical smell in the room which I later found to be a drain ball or moth ball? The whole room smelled of this which is bad for my young baby. The staff were helpful and I changed our room and I chose to upgrade to a room with a window that can be opened. The new room had a similar smell but not as strong.

The place isn't big but the arrangement and modern setup make it so spacious. Just wonderful.

Everything is clean and nice. Staffs are really awesome.

Can't really smoke in the room, however the windows was nice. I can let the smoke out that way if I am too lazy to go down stair.

No hot water in hotel . We asked to change room , but receptionist confirmed that it’s the whole hotel. Staff has to improve english and communication skills . The gay on the reception could explain what was the holiday on 28 July , ( Kings birthday) shame !

Location was Good, as it is in the middle of NaNa and everything was nearby.

Wasnt clean enough. hight of the Rooms are very short amd it is not a good choice for Families.

You can’t smoke in room you must go in the street every time for smokes.

Nice pleasant location far enough away from the noise of the bars but close enough to walk

Great location a short walk to the bars & nana plaza the sky train is a little further away plenty of restaurants nearby serving a variety of food

I didn't like the way the staff spoke to me they gave me a stern warning about smoking in the hotel on arrival telling me I'd have to smoke outside without me being given a chance to actually point out that I'm a non smoker,

The room was clean and the staff very pleasant.

The room was clean and the staff very pleasant. The hotel is close to the metro station which made exploring Bangkok easy. The hotel is however smack bang in the middle of a red light area and all the bars but it is well soundproofed.

Toilet smells bad at our different 2 rooms.

Toilet smells bad at our different 2 rooms. We can hear loud music outside at night. We lost our cellphone and at asked the staff whether she had found it 3 days ago, but she yelled, "l wasn't on duty that time! We should ask the staff when we check out!!" Why she had to yell at us? We just wanted her to find at their lost and found. Is this hotel don't have a lost and found area? Should customers have to ask "every staff" by themselves?
